Description:

Client is searching for a Mechanical Drafter for a short term 4-5 month Contract (possible extensions). The positions will be to support a project related to a satellite payload for a rocket that will be taking imagery. (their customer provides this imagery to companies like Google Earth)

Drafting drawings of electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical assemblies. Drawings consist of precision tooling assembly design about 70% with electronics packaging drawings about 30%.

DUTIES:

- Drafting and editing drawings of telescope/camera assemblies, vision systems, electronics packaging.

- editing, packaging, and drafting drawings of mechanical components, sub-systems, and systems

- support needs for this project to meet production requirements

- draft drawings of assemblies with CREO 3. CREO 2 and ProEngineer (Pro/E)
